Ms. Hui leads clinical laboratory operations and oversees the strategic direction of the Company’s clinical bioanalytical functions and activities. With more than 20 years of experience in clinical assay validation, biomarker development, and translational analytics, she has contributed to programs spanning discovery research, clinical development, and regulatory affairs.

In addition to her expertise in CLIA/CAP clinical diagnostic operations, Ms. Hui has led scientific teams in molecular diagnostics and oncology and neurodegenerative biomarker discovery, driving the development and validation of high-sensitivity assays, implementing bioanalytical workflows, and maintaining compliant, scalable laboratory systems in regulated environments.

Prior to joining NKGen, she served as Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory Manager at OvaGene Oncology, where she established and managed clinical diagnostic operations focused on precision medicine. Ms. Hui received a B.S. degree with honors in Clinical Laboratory Science from Louisiana State University.
